1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Parlor HQ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Parlor HQ is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for tattoo and piercing shops providing appointment scheduling, digital waivers, artist portfolio management, client check-in, payment processing, and design collaboration tools.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You may hold multiple memberships across different shops with a single account.
4. Shop Owner Responsibilities
Shop owners (tenants) are responsible for their shop's compliance with local health regulations, consent laws, and business licensing. Parlor HQ provides tools to facilitate compliance but does not guarantee regulatory compliance.
5. Digital Waivers
Waivers signed through the Platform are stored with cryptographic timestamps. Shop owners are responsible for ensuring their waiver content meets local legal requirements. Parlor HQ is not a party to any waiver agreement between shops and clients.
6. Payments
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Square, Clover, Stripe). Parlor HQ does not process or store credit card numbers directly. Transaction fees are set by the payment provider.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
Artists retain ownership of their portfolio images and designs. By uploading content, you grant Parlor HQ a license to display it within the Platform (gallery, portfolio pages). You may remove your content at any time.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to harass others, to distribute malware, or to circumvent security measures.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Shop owners may remove memberships from their tenant. Users may delete their account at any time via account settings.
10. Limitation of Liability
Parlor HQ is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the Platform beyond the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email to registered users. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
